Digital Revenues are now the biggest source of revenue for the recording music industry.

Streaming is about to reach the levels of downloads, that has up to this point been the main source of revenue for digital music. An estimated 68 million people pay for a music subscription globally at this point.

The interactive graph made by RIAA (below) shows that the revenues of the recording industry have maintained consistent since 2010 – what's changed are formats.
