Immerse yourself in an immersive blend of free jazz, psychedelic rock, and electronic abstraction, and let yourself be consumed by it. In short: Norwegian MOSTER! live on January 29 at Klub Gwarek in Kraków!

MOSTER! Norwegian psych-jazz band Moster! is led by saxophonist Kjetil Møster, accompanied by an outstanding lineup: guitarist Hans Magnus “Snah” Ryan (Motorpsycho), bassist Nikolai Hangsle (Elephant9, Needlepoint), and drummer Kenneth Kapstad (Spidergawd, ex-Motorpsycho). Founded in 2010, Moster! combines free jazz, psychedelic rock, electronic abstraction, and cinematic sound design into a powerful and deeply immersive sound. Their improvisational intensity brings to mind John Coltrane of the mid-1960s and Miles Davis of the 1970s, filtered through the raw energy of Can and Soft Machine, the electroacoustic music of Stockhausen and Luc Ferrari, and the trance-like, hours-long jams of Fela Kuti. After more than 15 years of playing together, Moster! has developed a unique, mature sound drifting through its own separate universe. Every Moster! concert is a distinctive sonic journey, leading listeners through monumental, cinematic landscapes, fast riffs, and meditative tones. Their audience brings together fans of experimental jazz, contemporary music, and psychedelic rock.

“Norwegian instrumental music at its finest!” – Audun Vinger, Dagens Næringsliv.

HÉR is a band from the Tri-City area operating at the intersection of Nordic and Slavic folk, jazz, improvisation, and experimental music. The group’s music grows out of trance, raw rhythm, and deep, guttural singing, with Old Norse wisdom poetry and the world of Northern mythology serving as important sources of inspiration. Violin, saxophone, synthesizers, bass, extensive percussion, and vocals create music that balances silence and powerful sound, melancholy and ferocity, ritual and improvisation. In January 2026, HÉR’s debut album, “Monochrome,” was released by Season of Mist. It is a seven-part story about extremes: light and shadow, fire and ice, strength and fragility.
