It's Up For Debate presented by Polymarket comes to the Warner Theatre on Friday, October 16, featuring Andrew Yang, entrepreneur and founder of the Forward Party, and Scott Jennings, CNN senior political commentator. Keeping the Washington DC debate on track is Tony Perkins, the longtime voice of Washington Watch and a fixture of the capital's political conversation. 

Ahead of the 2026 midterm elections, Yang and Jennings will take the stage for a town-hall-style conversation on the issues shaping the country's present and future. Though they approach those issues from fundamentally different perspectives, both will have equal time to make their case—and every argument will be heard in full.

This isn't a panel, and it isn't a shouting match. It's a debate with a clear format and defined rules. After each of the seven topics, the live D.C. audience will vote on who made the stronger case.

Ticketing Update Notes

It’s Up For Debate presented by Polymarket at the Warner Theatre has been rescheduled to Friday, October 16, and will now feature Andrew Yang and Scott Jennings live on stage.

Tickets purchased for the previously scheduled September 29 event will be honored for the new date. Ticket holders unable to attend the rescheduled event may request a refund through their original point of purchase.
