Doors: 8PM / Show: 9PM / 21+In the 10 years since Next Things release, Frankie Cosmos has toured the world, gone gold, changed bandmates multiple times, and developed sonically, while maintaining Greta Klines strong artistic voice. Next Thing has remained a potent collection of songs, some of which have been sprinkled into Frankie Cosmos set lists for the past decade. Now, for the first time since its release, the current line-up of Frankie Cosmos will perform the album in its entirety. They have also re-worked songs from their more recent catalogue through the lens of the Next Thing sound -- a simplified drum kit, a single Casio keyboard, and a Danelectro guitar with no pedals. The tour dates are in support of the anniversary vinyl release: a remaster that includes 3 previously unreleased demos of songs from the album. If you saw Frankie Cosmos in 2016, this is the nostalgia tour for you!

Frankie CosmosGreta Kline is the songwriter and guitarist/singer of Frankie Cosmos. For the past decade she has been sharing her songs, releasing with labels (her most recent albums have been on Sub Pop Records) and self-releasing on Bandcamp, where she has over 50 albums ranging from solo demos to studio recordings with a full band. She spent the majority of 2013 through 2019 on the road, performing all over the world. Kline’s art tends to explore small moments and examine personal relationships, and Jenn Pelly (via Pitchfork) dubbed her “a savior of indie pop and the poet laureate of New York City DIY”.
The latest Frankie Cosmos album, Different Talking, was recorded, arranged, produced, and played by the current group of bandmates: Greta Kline, Alex Bailey, Katie Von Schleicher, and Hugo Stanley.
Praise for Different Talking (2025):
“Leaning in to the band’s strengths, you can hear aspects of Guided By Voices in their stubborn unwillingness to conform to the rules.” -Clash
“Kline’s oeuvre chronicles over a decade’s worth of personal and professional growth, neatly packaged into light-hearted ditties and passionate rock songs” - The Line of Best Fit
